For today's Monday lifestyle post, I wanted to share this delicious recipe I found on Pinterest from eatwell 101. As I've been working at home lately, I've had more time to try new recipes. Before we were in a rut - it just seemed like we had the same things over and over. I had a basic chicken recipe, but wanted to try new ones. I found a few we really liked, including a chicken sandwich recipe and chicken quesadillas. And we still like them and make them. However, we really fell in love with this one! It's so creamy and yummy! It reminds me of a disk from Carrabbas Italian Grill! So when I though of a recipe to share, I thought of this one immediately!

Fun Fact: my sister and I used to design party and paper supplies for a little while on Etsy. I still have some of my designs and I like to make up new ones as well as I need them. I've had this regular sized printer paper (8.5 x11) recipe card that I thought I'd also share with you today to stick in a 3-ring binder. You can download as many as you like for free! It has a front and back page so you can print double sided.
