Where do I start with this dress?!? I am a big fan of Rachel Parcell dresses - they are just my style! I love how soft and feminine they are, not to mention modest. They are perfect for any dressy occasion or for church. I wear mine to church all the time and get compliments on them every time! As a blogger, I can't help but think wouldn't it be great if you could come up with such beautiful designs?! I even wore one of her previous dresses for my engagement photos here.
